Shipping Guarantee Policy

Applies Only to Express Shipping Orders

At Kickcart, we strive to ensure that every purchase reaches you safely and on time. To support this commitment, we offer a Shipping Guarantee that applies exclusively to Express Shipping orders.

1. What Is Covered Under the Shipping Guarantee?

Our Shipping Guarantee ensures that packages shipped via the Express Shipping method will be delivered within the estimated timeframe specified at checkout.

⚠️ Please Note:
This guarantee does not apply to orders shipped using Standard, Economy, or Free Shipping methods.
This guarantee does not apply to customized orders. If you make a customization request, you thereby forfeit the express shipping. Any amount paid towards Express/Expedited Shipping can be adjusted with additional customization fees. 

2. Delivery Timeframe Commitment

When you choose Express Shipping, we commit to delivering your order within the specified number of calendar days shown during checkout. If your package does not arrive within that timeframe, you may be eligible for compensation.

3. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for compensation under this guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

  • Express Shipping must have been selected at the time of order.
  • The shipping address was entered correctly and completely.
  • The delivery delay is not due to customer action, such as:
    • Providing an incorrect or incomplete address
    • Refusing delivery or being unavailable to receive the package
  • The delay is not caused by uncontrollable external factors, including but not limited to:
    • Natural disasters, pandemics, severe weather
  • If an order is placed on a Saturday, or a day before a national holiday, the fulfillment process is delayed. In such cases, our shipping guarantee still applies but an additional day is added to our promised date of delivery.

4. Claim Process: How to Request Compensation

Step 1: Wait Until the Expected Delivery Date Passes

Ensure the estimated delivery timeframe has passed and the item has still not arrived.

Step 2: Contact Us

Email our customer support team at cs.kickcart@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of the missed delivery date. Include:

    • Your Order Number
    • The Tracking Number
    • A brief description of the issue

Step 3: Claim Review

Our team will investigate the issue and respond within 3 business days.

5. Compensation Options

If your claim is approved, you may choose one of the following:

    • Refund: The amount paid for express shipping will be refunded to your original payment method. If there is a failure due to any technical reason, the amount will be refunded as store credits. 
    • Store Credit: Credit equivalent to the full value of express shipping for future use. 
Full Refunds Are Not Offered
We do not offer full refunds under any circumstances. Compensation is strictly limited to the options above.

6. Shipment Tracking and Updates

All Express Shipping orders come with a tracking number, sent via email once your order is shipped. We recommend tracking your package regularly.
