🚚 Shipping & Delivery Policy – KickCart

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.
During peak periods (sales, festivals, new launches), processing may take longer. We appreciate your patience.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with a tracking number and courier details once your order is dispatched.

Courier selection depends on your location, product type, and service availability.

3. Shipping Coverage

  • We ship to most pin codes across India.
  • If your area is not serviceable:
    • We’ll contact you for an alternative address.
    • If undeliverable, we’ll issue a full refund.

Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, festivals, or other external factors.

5. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping Free on all orders
Cash On Delivery (COD) Based on address, up to ₹70
Expedited Shipping ₹70 (if available)

All charges will be clearly displayed at checkout.

6. Order Tracking

  • After shipment, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
  • You can also track on the courier’s site using your tracking ID.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates after dispatch.

7. Delivery Attempts & Re-attempts

Courier partners will attempt delivery twice.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability:

  • The order may be returned.
  • Re-shipping may incur additional charges.
  • No refunds for failed deliveries due to customer errors.

Please ensure:

  • Correct shipping address
  • Working contact number
  • Someone is available to receive the package

8. Delayed Deliveries

Delays may happen due to:

  • Natural disasters (floods, storms, earthquakes)
  • Strikes or transport disruptions
  • Local restrictions or lockdowns
  • Incorrect address
  • Courier-related issues

We will notify you of any delays and assist with tracking and resolution.

9. Order Marked as Delivered But Not Received

  1. Check with neighbors, building reception, or security.
  2. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery update.
  3. We will initiate a trace request; this may take up to 7 business days.

If Proof of Delivery is available, we may not be able to replace or refund the order.

10. Damaged or Tampered Deliveries

If your package is damaged or tampered:

  • Do NOT accept the delivery.
  • Take clear photos/videos of the package in presence of the delivery agent.

Claims without proof may not be accepted.

11. Packaging

  • All items shipped in tamper-proof packaging.
  • Fragile products are bubble-wrapped or foam-packed.
  • Please report compromised packages within 48 hours of delivery.

12. Multiple Shipments

Orders may be split into multiple shipments due to stock or warehouse reasons.

You will receive separate tracking details at no extra cost.

13. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate shipping address
  • Share a working phone number
  • Be available or authorize someone to receive the package
  • Track your order regularly
